Burgers are the stars at here, well, alongside house band, NinetyNine who play every night. In true Hard Rock style, burgers are piled high and servings of nachos, salads, and pasta brim to the edge of the plate. Leaving hungry is not an option.
While waiting for your meal, wander around the restaurant to try and spot your favourite rock singer's guitar, poster or costume among the music memorabilia adorning the walls. The music theme comes to life at 9pm when NinetyNine takes the stage to belt out classic anthems by the likes of Queen, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Aerosmith, and Nirvana, with a level of talent and energy you'd usually have to pay to see.

Backstory
The first Hard Rock Café was established in London in 1971 by Americans Isaac Tigrett and Peter Motorn. It was one of London's first American-style diners and focused on providing quality hamburgers. The restaurant was soon frequented by music legends like Eric Clapton.
The first item of rock memorabilia graced the restaurant's walls in 1979, when Clapton donated a Red Fender, requesting it to be hang over his regular seat. Clapton's donation was followed by The Who's Peter Townsend, who also donated a guitar, and sparked a tradition of displaying guitars, costumes, records, and posters signed by rock music legends.
In 1982, the chain began to expand throughout Europe and America. Hard Rock international now operates over 180 cafes, 25 hotels, and 12 casinos in 74 countries. Hard Rock's archive includes over 80,000 items of rock music memorabilia, either purchased or donated. Memorabilia items at each location are traditionally changed every 10 years.
