Gallo Nero's authentic Italian meals and flare is crafted by chef and restauranter, Lorenzo Zecubi, who hails from Milan, Italy. Lorenzo has owned several Italian restaurants across Malaysia since the early 2000s.

Gallo Nero is unique in Langkawi for the homemade bread, pasta, and sauces. The menu is constantly changing with daily specials crafted to suit the availability of fresh ingredients.
