One of Bali's first health-focused restaurants that helped charter Ubud's fame as a hub for healthy food and conscious living. Bali Buda uses hand-made ingredients and all-natural processes to create the highest possible quality of food, in terms of nutrition and taste.
The restaurant carefully selects ingredients most beneficial to the human body, like organic fruit and vegetables, free-range eggs, and coconut oil for cooking. These nourishing ingredients come together as delicious handmade produce, like plant-based milks, baked goods, and sauces available for sale in the Buda Mart, and also in meals served in the restaurant.
The diverse food menu caters to most dietary requirements including vegetarian, gluten-free, and vegan. There's a wide range of raw, gluten-free desserts, and healthy versions of classic comfort food like mac & cheese as well as traditional Indonesian dishes like nasi campur. Meals can be enjoyed in the restaurant's cozy dining area, or delivered to your accommodation via the GoJek app.
Bali Buda's conscious mindset runs deeper than the food they serve. They also support local farmers and community initiatives and have adopted goals towards zero-waste, offering customers cashback for recycled Bali Buda packaging at their stores.
Ubud is Bali Buda's original location, with 3 additional restaurants and 4 stores now open across Bali.
