Alchemy

Alchemy proves when eating raw plant-based foods, you're not limited to simple salads. The restaurant's creative chefs craft raw versions of favorite meals including pizza, quiche, burgers, and a scrumptious range of desserts like banoffee pie, chocolate 'musse', and vegan ice-cream. Many dishes, as well as the specialized juice range, have been designed to address specific health benefits, following Alchemy's ethos of "food as medicine".

The friendly, accepting atmosphere (and free Wi-Fi) sees Ubud's expats and tourists return almost daily to plonk down in a comfy chair, order their favorite coffee or juice, and pull out their laptop. Those who never want to leave can pick up Alchemy's raw vegan cookbook or other organic keepsakes from the small gift shop.

Alchemy was founded in 2011 by a group of conscious, live food enthusiasts with the aim to honor nature, promote healthy and sustainable living, and offer a space for inspiration and community.

Strongly believing we are what we eat, and that health is the first and most important step towards holistic transformation, Alchemy's staff developed a plant-based, raw, and organic menu to help diners make intentional, healthy, and heart-based decisions, starting on the plate.
