Taking in the intricate stone sculpture surrounding the mouth of the iconic Elephant Cave in Goa Gajah.
There's something unnerving about walking into a giant mouth - perhaps an ancient survival instinct is triggered. Once the hesitation passes, it's easy to appreciate the serene vibes of this historic religious site. It dates back to 11th century A.D. and was peacefully shared between Hindu and Buddhist worshippers.
There's a lot we can learn today about getting along with those different from us.
